Reconstruction of building 642,87 kv.m.
situated in
Čižiunai village, Trakai region. The purpose
is to create comfortable, safe conditions, which could
be similar to family conditions. We are planning to
accommodate 30 children aged 3-16 years old. area of
building after reconstruction will be 1016,94 kv.m.
Short project's history
·
Children's home „Atsigręžk į vaikus“ in
2005 started the search of new building
suitable for organizing social services for children.
·
The
municipality of Trakai region proposed
building for children's home. Until the end of August in
2005 there was kindergarten and
school. The building is
situated in very nice place, near the lake. By the
house is very big yard.
· The
municipality of Trakai region approved our plans and in
16 of August in 2005 the utilizable agreement
was signed between children's home and municipality
of Trakai region. This building was transferred to
children's home.
·
In
24 of November, 2005
the
municipality of Trakai region decided to change
utilizable agreement to
rental agreement. According to agreement the
building of Čižiūnai was rented for 25 years.
·
In 23 of
August, 2006 m.
public estate agreement was signed between
children's home and the planning department of Trakai
region.
·
The project
of building reconstruction to children's home was
prepared in 27 of November, 2006 m.
Children's home In 15 of March, 2007 got
permission to star construction works.
·
In
2007 anticipatory estimate of building reconstruction
was prepared. Children's home made agreement with
construction company.
